Would this switch to the Dark Side happen to include a name change, by any chance?

Usually the name is given by the Sith Master. Why?

Um... well... he... mentioned he wanted to be called Vader from now on.

I'll have to face him. Maul says he's been corrupted here though the magic of Trench.

If I bring him down, he should be able to return Anakin to normal.

[ normal. as if anyone about this is normal. it's not that people who fall into the dark are unsalvageable, but there is always damage strewn along the way. ]

I'm the only one who can. I know his fighting style best and most of his anger seems concentrated at me. That way, no one else has to get involved or get hurt.

But... you don't HAVE to face him alone! Simply because you know his fighting style best doesn't mean- it doesn't have to be the only way to stop him!

There are others who are just as able to help! Then YOU don't have to KEEP getting hurt!

I do. Part of it involves my actions as well and I have to take responsibility for that. And for him.
